HRConnect is the name for AbbVie centric HR and Payroll support and services focused on providing excellent customer experience as a primary principle. Service centers based in Tokyo, Singapore, Krakow & Lake County are dedicated to support AbbVie Employees and Managers in their administrative and operational needs. HRConnect Specialist – Operations HRConnect Specialist – Operations is responsible for processing and updating Workday transactions for EMEA countries. Supporting HR area activities such as contract creation, reporting, organizational structure and employee life cycle changes, reviewing and verifying records in all HR tools. Enforcing key HR and payroll deadlines, as well as answering BHR/manager queries. Key responsibilities: Review pre-hire and life cycle employees’ records (e.g. confirm HR data completeness for hiring, job codes and titles, cost centers and other assignment details) Maintaining Workday/Payroll system together with interface errors’ resolving Deliver on commitments, manage expectations and keep internal customers informed on progress – taking clear accountability and ownership throughout the HR process Support Year-End HR activities (e.g. review and update HR documentation, holiday calendar) Respond to internal AbbVie stakeholders (BHR /Talent Acquisition/Total Rewards) regarding questions or issues they have raised around Workday processing data and/or HR reporting. Consistently follow defined HR processes together with CI mindset Ensure that high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained with appropriate controls in place, taking accountability for compliance with defined HR processes and relevant Abbvie policies. Supporting role for global, regional and country specific projects. Qualifications Experience in HR Operations area (at least 2 years) Strong written and oral communication skills in English (minimum C1 required) Good knowledge of Workday and experience in HCM processes Strong ‘teamwork’ orientation Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, as well as to get results through collaboration and coordination with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. Good analytical and process diagnostic skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture. Continuous improvement orientation. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
