THE COMPANY :
- Garment manufacturer
- Main item : cotton knit sports wear / yoga wear for international brands
- Factories : Vietnam (Saigon) & Philippines (Clark)
- Main market : US and EU
- We are looking for HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMIN MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Fully manage the human resources & office admin department of one garment factory (Vietnam or Philippines – 2 posts)
- Lead, manage, train and coach HR & Admin team members
- Tertiary education
- Good command of English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- Solid managerial level in human resources & office admin in manufacturers
- Experience in garment is a plus
- Experience in offshore factories is highly prefer
- Work experience in Vietnam or the Philippines is a plus
- Strong leadership and management skill
- Work based in Vietnam (Saigon) or the Philippines (Clark) – 2 posts
- Accommodation provided
- 6 round trip air ticket provide per year (negotiable)
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 12 days
- Medical benefits
