This is a server hardware technical support position. Responsible for providing hardware technical support on Intel Xeon product(s) family. Responsibilities may include: understanding Intel Xeon platform technical details, representing the customer's technical needs, debugging and solving customer issues, developing and presenting technical product training materials. Works with the account team to help resolve customers technical questions. Individuals act as technical experts, consultants, analysts. Responds to customer requests or events as they occur.

Qualifications

- Major in Computer Science, electronics, etc.;
- Knowledge/interests in server / database / cloud computing / storage / big data / HPC / AI is preferred;
- Be able to understand customers' needs, and translate customers' needs to technical requirements;
