Responsibility

• Manage the composite property development projects in China
• Identify project milestones and conduct feasibility studies
• Liaison and co-ordination with architecture firms and related consultants
• Add design value and develop construction details or processes to project development
• Take lead in the revitalization and commercialization program of Group PRC industrial projects
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery within budget and compliance with relevant statutory requirements/design standards

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture with HKIA qualification plus 10 years' project architectural experience (with developer's experience is highly preferred)
• In-depth knowledge in PRC property development procedures, design and building regulations
• Solid experience in handling residential / commercial projects in China from conceptual stage to completion
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Proficient in Mandarin and English
• Frequent travel to PRC is required
