• Lead the teams to develop and launch business plans of SME business
• Identity clients’ needs and formulate marketing strategies to meet revenue targets
• Manage teams of Business Services Managers to identity, originate, develop and maintain client relationships
• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines, with experience in building loans business
• Minimum 10 years’ banking experience in Commercial Banking or SME business, of which 5 years in managerial level
• Passes in MPF, Insurance, Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examinations are required (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Type 1 & 4)

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Business Services Manager (SME)
