Job Duties:

• Manage the IT department located in Hong Kong and Taiwan, including the infrastructure,

development and business analysis teams

• Assess and mitigate risk, assure compliance and facilitate audit
• Handle cyber security, from education to mitigation
• Enable data quality assurance
• Provide IT support to other departments
• Advice on technology adoption and solution option
• Communicate to Head Office and comply with relevant guidelines and regulations
• Coordinate with external parties on IT related matters
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Rich experience in managing IT department across a full spectrum
• Experience in cross-border management
• Experience in life insurance and associated systems
• Well versed in cyber security
• Preferably with knowledge on networking and AS/400
• Experience in establishing IT related policy documents and guidelines
• Confident and with ability in delivering above-mentioned job duties
• Good presentation skills and able to explain technology to laymen, with important points
