Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall quantity surveying aspects on property development projects, coordination and management for building cost, planning & procurement;
• Conduct cost analysis, budget control, measurement and collation of records at the construction sites;
• Prepare and review tender documents, supervise contract award process, quote inquiry with suppliers and sub-contractors;
• Value / assess of Variations, settle Final Account for both main contract and subcontracts;
• Provide legal and contractual advice to senior management on various contract matters.

Requirement

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines with RICS or HKIS professional qualification;
• At least 8 years QS experience with 4 years of experience in PRC building projects;
• With quantity surveying audit experience with sizable property developers is an advantage;
• Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure;
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills;
• Excellent report writing skills in both English and Chinese;
• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin ;
• Frequent travel to PRC is required.
