Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!

  • To plan direct, execute, and manage the Services Business in the Smart Infrastructure RMA Business Unit reporting to GM and Head of Smart Infrastructure Solutions & Services, KSA.
  • Develop and execute the Country Services Business Plan for Smart Infrastructure Solutions and Services Business Unit (RMA SA).
  • Drive the Services Business of Smart Building Technologies in areas of BMS, Access Controls and Security Systems, Fire Alarm and Fire Safety, Power Management and HVAC Systems for Migration Plans, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Retrofits, Upgrades, and related Services.
  • Coordinate with regional branches and facilitate them to achieve Order Intake target. Monitor installed base and sales funnel. Monitor KPI’s of Service Team. Support branches to ensure zero deviations as per business guidelines.
  • Identify, deploy and execute Smart Digital Services (Connected Remote Services) with high focus on growing the on-prem or on-cloud digital platforms and IoT based solutions for driving predictive AI based maintenance services.
  • Identify, target and address competition installed base for replacement and upgrade by Siemens portfolio by driving Value Added Services.
  • Meeting key customers to manage relationship, ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular service operations review meetings to ensure timely execution of Services Projects to generate target Revenue and Margin.
  • Monitor collection on time to maintain the cash flow. Support branches to maintain profitable service business always.

Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!

  • Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electronics from reputable university or college.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Customer Service business preferably from Building Technologies domain.
  • Proven track record working in a Matrix organization handling people in direct management and delegated roles.
  • 12 years of IBMS /Security related industry experience
  • At least 8 years Engineering & Commissioning / Service of IBMS or related Systems/Project Management exposure.
  • Should have at least 5 years of experience in leading and managing a team of Service Executives of a branch
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, Communication Skills, Team player.
  • English as Must & Arabic additional will be preferred.
