Job Description

Job duties:

  • Provide exceptional service and address member’s enquiries effectively
  • Make recommendations on member’s needs to improve the quality of customer care standards
  • Maintain relationship with members through courtesy calls to maximize the level of satisfaction
  • Provide customer service in response to written enquiries

Job Requirements:

  • F.7 or above level qualification
  • 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in a call center environment
  • The right attitude with a passion to serve
  • Excellent communication and listening skills in order to provide exceptional customer service
  • Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
  • Hands on PC skills including Chinese word processing
