Job Description
Job duties:
- Provide exceptional service and address member’s enquiries effectively
- Make recommendations on member’s needs to improve the quality of customer care standards
- Maintain relationship with members through courtesy calls to maximize the level of satisfaction
- Provide customer service in response to written enquiries
Job Requirements:
- F.7 or above level qualification
- 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in a call center environment
- The right attitude with a passion to serve
- Excellent communication and listening skills in order to provide exceptional customer service
- Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
- Hands on PC skills including Chinese word processing
