• Be responsible for setting up health education platform, managing all contents and engagement activities to become trustworthy Health information hub for AIA customers and community
• Be responsible for on-going medical/health information content quality

Plan, develop and set up Health Education Platform as a value -added service to AIA customers and community (40%)

• Define the platform and the knowledge for health education to support customer in Prevent stage of PPDTR journey
• Set up the strategic plan, design platform and build the platform
• Run project operation including content supply and content delivery; from online to offline activities

Plan, develop all contents for health education to deliver the best attractive and valuable health information to customers (30%)

• Plan and manage all contents for health education including text, video clips, graphic design to deliver the best attractive health information and education to AIA community.
• Be in charge of on-line/ off- line events to promote health education to AIA community, to engage the members.
• Health tips on weekly – monthly basis to increase AIA customers’ engagement
• Responsible for Push & Pull member engagement plan. Push health knowledge, education, information to members and become trustworthy Health information Hub to pull members.

Network and build up network of medical doctors and experts for medical health information and knowledge (30%)

• Build up a network of medical doctors or medical experts for health education contents supply and medical information endorsement

Be in charge of doctor supply for CI doctor services for WLCI customers, or doctor on-line chat for different customers tiers, or offline health talk/ virtual health talks for AIA community
