Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Provide exceptional service and be able to address member’s enquiries effectively
  • Make recommendations on member’s needs to improve the quality of customer care standards
  • Maintain relationship with members through courtesy calls to maximize the level of satisfaction
  • Provide customer service in response to written enquiries

Job Requirements:

  • F.7 or above
  • 1 to 2 years call centre experience
  • Passionate to serve
  • Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
  • Good command of Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Hands on PC skills including Chinese word processing
