Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Provide exceptional service and be able to address member’s enquiries effectively
- Make recommendations on member’s needs to improve the quality of customer care standards
- Maintain relationship with members through courtesy calls to maximize the level of satisfaction
- Provide customer service in response to written enquiries
Job Requirements:
- F.7 or above
- 1 to 2 years call centre experience
- Passionate to serve
- Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
- Good command of Mandarin would be an advantage
- Hands on PC skills including Chinese word processing
