Job Summary 

• To support in developing and managing solo doctors network in Hong Kong and Macau Roles and Responsibilities
• Participate in recruitment of solo doctors for business expansion
• Conduct ongoing performance dialogues with the solo doctors in Hong Kong and Macau
• Adopt data analytic approach to monitor doctors utilization patterns, cost trends, and compliance with contracted KPIs / fees and draw conclusion
• Consolidate and review the existing providers to streamline the medical panel management • Assist to resolve daily servicing issues and to manage the solo doctors contracts
• Develop the relationship and work with the external vendors directly to support the business initiatives
• Promote the company digital platform to the panel doctors
• Participate in projects relating to service enhancement or new business initiatives arise
• Handle enquires from providers / customers / agents and complaint management
• Other duties / projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• University graduate preferably with major in nursing
• Working experience in the healthcare or insurance sector is preferred
• Knowledge of contract medicine and managed care is a significant advantage
• Good presentation, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Independent, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
• Candidates with professional insurance qualifications is a plus
