Assist the Department Head/ Team Head to drive agency to achieve business targets for mainland customer visitor segment through implementation/ execution of marketing/ incentive initiatives and provide sales and recruitment supports to sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Business Planning

• Support Vitality related initiatives from planning to execution
• Prepare analysis and conduct presentation to motivate agency force in growing Vitality business
• Monitor agency production progress and follow-up with agency leaders.
• Produce regular reports on agency contest and performance for agency and management review
• Prepare business recommendations to supervisor in growing Vitality business with sound business analyses
• Work closely with Platform team and Agency Business Development Department to find ways to improve agency engagement and support to AIA Vitality

2. Distribution Support (with focus on agency channel)

• Provide service and support to agency, and liaise with internal departments to resolve business issues.
• Handle agency enquiries and provide accurate and timely response.
• Raise suggestions/ improvement ideas on business issues and workflow to drive operating efficiency.
• To provide support for distribution to familiarize with the Vitality program and platform.

3. Other Responsibilities

• Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/ or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder, preferably in Business Management/ Marketing/ Finance/ Economics
• 5 years experiences in insurance, banking and wealth management industry
• Experience in distribution support or frontline sales is preferred
• Quick learner and can work independently with little supervision.
• Good interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills
• Strong problem-solving skill and results oriented
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Conversant in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
