Develop and promote health and wellness proposition including insurance products, ecosystem and services across individual and corporate solutions to optimize customer needs, profitability, and business growth

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define health and wellness proposition for AIA together with related products and services to support multi-channels distribution
• Identify opportunities by different customer segments and channels to improve market positioning and fulfil gaps if any
• Conduct focus groups with customers and distribution on new ideas                                                                                
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Actuarial, Operations, Reinsurers, Distribution, Marketing, Group Office counterparties) to drive strategy and implement agreed business initiatives
• Conduct training / district visits on new product initiatives to facilitate the understanding of proposition, key selling angles and new features / concept
• Post implementation review on launched initiatives

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University graduate with over 12 years of working experience in relevant industry
• Product development and Actuarial background is preferred
• Exposure in business development, strategic planning and project management
• Distribution management covering agency and bancassurance is preferred
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Effective staff coaching skill
