• Set up Health & Wellness (H&W) strategy aligned with the company direction and aligned with other functions.
• Align among teams (product proposition, partner management, business dev) within H&W function
• Strategize the ecosystem of the H&W Proposition including product, value-added services and environmental provided to the customers.
• Prepare H&W business cases.
• Coordinate with GO on alignment and localization of H&W initiatives.
