In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Be part of one of the highest competent European Customer Service teams.

  • Be a subject matter expert that provides support to “Level 2” incident team for the resolution of escalated cases.

  • Work on problem management process in order to prevent Incidents from happening and to minimize the impact of Incidents that cannot be prevented.

You are a part of

the Europe, Middle East and Africa HCIS (Healthcare Information Solutions) Services Team based in Genoa.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

  • IT skills such as: Windows OS including servers and storage solutions, Networking, Database (Oracle preferred), SQL, virtualization solutions (e.g. HyperV), IT Security Policies and Standards, IT system architectures, scripting languages (Perl, Powershell, Python)

  • Computer Programming Experience

  • Troubleshooting skills on different levels (application, database, OS, hardware, networking, etc.)

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; self-starter and proactive attitude; acumen on understanding complex workflow requirements

  • Previous experience of working within the Healthcare IT industry is a plus

  • Italian mother tongue and Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
