Analog Devices, Inc. is looking for a Healthcare Solution Integration Specialist to join its Medical Products Team based at Wilmington MA campus

Summary:

The Healthcare Solutions Integration Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for ADI Chronic Disease Management Platform, ensuring effective; customer onboarding, implementation and ongoing support, diagnosing and addressing any system-based issues 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively with key customer stakeholders including population health executives, clinical teams, IT Staff, and other personnel to ensure effective implementation of ADI Solution
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Quality, and Ecosystem Partners to escalate and address system-based issues identified by clients
  • Manage and provide ongoing technical support: troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including software applications and interfaces (HL7, XML, JSON) on a timely basis
  • Assist with product training and onboarding as needed
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve communications and efficiency of ADI processes to support the customer

Minimum Qualifications:

  •        Bachelors or Master’s degree In engineering, computer science or IT
  •        Minimum of five (5) years of Technical Support experience
  •        Minimum of three (3) years SaaS Administration experience
  •  Experience in Healthcare (2) years IT Support / Project Management

Additional Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Prior work experience in Healthcare IT including Health Plans, Providers and /or Hospitals
  • High level communication skills demonstrated with administrators, technical and clinical staff
  • Experience with Medical Practice, IT, and EHR set up, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with project management (complex)

Education Level: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
 

Travel Required: 10%
