Job Specification :  Junior Engineer � Power train Hardware In Loop Modelling & Simulation Education & Experience BE/Btech in Electronics with 1 to 3 years of experience or ME/Mtech/M.S. in Mechanical Engineering/Control/System with specialization in Transmission System/Internal Combustion Engines from NIT�s or IIT�s or reputed Universities Skills ( M � Mandatory ) (M) Good knowledge of physics based mathematical 1-d model development of Powertrain (M) Function development for control of Engine system (M) Knowledge of Automotive powertrain components i.e. Engine, exhaust, fuel supply components (M) Should have good analytical and problem solving skills (M) MATLAB, Simulink, State flow, CANoE Ability to working independently on a given model development Integration of Engine Plant Models on dSpace HiL and Validation of working of models with engine functions is a must German language skill is desirable Job Responsibilities Development of mathematical Models either from physics or parameterization on third party tools for Mercedes Benz Engine system variants for the Hardware in loop simulator Validating the Models on Hardware in loop simulator Enhancement and maintenance of existing HIL simulation Models Fine tuning of Models Parameterization of Models with test bench data Travel to customer location for few months/year Note: For highly motivated candidates, with strong passion in Hardware in Loop simulation for automotive systems and proven past experience, few of the above requirements can be relaxed.
