Job responsibilities:

Candidates need to have experience in coaching chorus

1) Be responsible for music teaching in senior high school, formulate teaching plans, complete teaching objectives and participate in teaching and research activities;
2) Student centered, teaching students according to their aptitude, cultivating students' independent, pioneering and innovative personality, and paying attention to the quality of honesty, trustworthiness, love and cooperation;
3) Regularly track and evaluate the students' learning situation, feed back to the person in charge of senior high school, discuss the improvement plan, and introduce the teaching progress and students' current situation to parents;
4) Actively cooperate with the work of administrative enrollment teachers, entrance guidance teachers and boarding life teachers, and cooperate with and guide students' social practice inside and outside the school;
5) Have a sense of responsibility and detailed plan for the whole teaching cycle of senior high school students
