Job requirements:
1.Understand the strengths and needs of VMA students
2.Collect, analyze, and apply data to improve schoolwide student learning outcomes and academic achievements
3.Use data to adjust and enhance the curriculum for the UK Track and VMA Middle School
4.Grow leadership capacity in the different departments and in the Academic Directors
5.Ensure school administrators understand the needs of students and teachers
6.Set high teaching standards for faculty
7.Methodically allocate teaching resources (funds, classroom space, teachers) to the maximum benefit for student learning

Qualifications
1.Master's Degree required; Doctorate preferred
2.At least 10 years teaching experience in secondary school, with experience in both high school and middle school
3.At least five years of experience at Academic Dean or Vice Principal level or above
4.Familiar with and experience in UK Curriculum and Examinations and Middle School curricula. IB experience will be an advantage.
