Responsibilities:

1.Teaching
Assume personal responsibility for the academic progress of all students
Implement a coherent curriculum (familiarity with U.S. and/or Canadian systems a plus)
Utilize tech tools to differentiate instruction for students
Use consistent school-wide practices and individualized methods to engage students in the classroom

2. Classroom Management
Create, monitor, and sustain a disciplined and joyous school culture of high academic and behavioral standards
Provide structure in the classroom by developing and reinforcing school-wide rules and expectations

3. Student Support
Communicate effectively and maintain strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
Develop and maintain a positive, strong classroom culture

Qualifications and requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above
3+ years of teaching experience
Credentialed teachers preferred
Science-related majors (biology, chemistry, physics, etc.) preferred
TESOL/TEFL certification is a plus

Work Location: Hongkou District, Shanghai

Salary: RMB 20,000-RMB 30,000/month
