1. Position: AP Psychology Teacher
2. Starting date: September 1, 2021
3. Job Description:
 Probation period: one month
 Teaching hours: no more than 18 periods per week (40 minutes/ period)
(Teaching hours might be adjusted based on the school evaluation after probation)
 Office hour: At least 2 office hours per week
 Club :1 period per week
 Writing recommendation letter for students when necessary
 Be on campus at least 30 hours per week (including teaching hours)
4. Job Requirements:
 Responsible, outgoing, cooperative, passionate about education, equipped with
strong cultural awareness and flexibility
 Bachelor’s degree or above in Psychology
 At least two years teaching experience in AP Psychology required
 Native English speaker preferred
 Under 50 years old2
5. Salary and Benefits:
 Monthly salary（before tax）,including:
•Post salary：22,000 RMB/month and higher, based on experience
(Post salary might be adjusted based on the school evaluation after probation.)
•Housing Allowance: 7,000RMB/month（12 months/Year）
•Transportation Allowance: 900RMB/month（11 months/Year）
 Social insurance will be provided (Including health insurance)
 Contract-completion Bonus will be provided based on scores of school evaluation
 Chinese legal holidays and fully-paid winter vacation
 Breakfast and lunch for free (school days)
 Free on-campus gym and free coffee for teachers
 Welfare provided by school Workers’ Union under the condition of 10 RMB each
month
5. Work Permit/Visa Requirement:
 Embassy/Consular authentication required for highest academic degree,
Non-criminal record and qualification certificates
 Employment certificates/ recommendation letters required
 Qualified medical check report required
 Valid residence permit, cancellation letter and release letter required for candidates
who already work in China and would like to change jobs
