Hosts are the core of Airbnb platform. In order to make our Hosts more successful we are looking for an experienced Host Education Manager to oversee the China Host Education program.  This person will be responsible for building out the team that runs the operations in China and ensuring product adoption by hosts and enhance their connection with Airbnb. They will build and own the strategy and playbook for the full lifecycle of a Host from application to continued recognition and engagement, with the aim of merchandising a wide array of five star experiences.  

As a member of the China Supply team, this person will provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to define what a great host experience is and ensure that all hosts in our on our platform are vetted, trained, accountable and appreciated.  They will create marketplace/host education, curriculum and training programs both online and offline. As the leader of this team you will build the program and tools to ensure world class Host program are delivered to all Airbnb hosts. 

Responsibilities

• Based on Airbnb core, responsible for driving Host Education strategy to achieve and surpass business goals and objectives.
• Defines strategy of educational programs for hosts - both online and offline. Have a clear goal to measure success and impact to business. 
• Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes within the quality assurance and education.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
• Motivate and lead a high performance team; attract, recruit and retain required members of the executive team not currently in place; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.

Requirements

• Great understanding in Airbnb Host Community. Existing Airbnb Host will be a plus
• Proven track record of inspirational leadership and operational prowess.
• Have proven experience in running education program and drive customer adoption. Have prior experience in running Airbnb Host Education will be a huge plus 
• Strong data sense, and have clear measurable goal on program delivery 
• 3+ years in management role with proven leadership experience.
• Humble and willing to get hands dirty

• 负责设计线上和线下的房东教育培训项目，设计清晰的项目指标
• 把控房东教育培训项目落地全流程的效率和质量
• 与其他团队合作开发落地其他相关项目
• 负责团队的搭建和人才培养

任职要求

• 3年以上团队管理和团队激励等相关经验
• 高度了解、认同Airbnb房东社区和房东文化，有Airbnb房东经验者优先
• 有B端教育培训策略制定，体系及工具设计、项目筹备落地相关经验者优先
• 极强的执行力、数据敏感度和产品认知能力
• 基础的英文阅读能力
