Job Description

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in related disciplines
  • At least 3 year relevant hands-on experience in HR and Administration area at supervisory level
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labor Law and other related ordinances
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel in advance level, PowerPoint and HRIS
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Knowledge in Japanese is an advantage
  • Able to manage multi-tasks, work indendently and under pressure
  • Immediately available is higly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR and Administration duties including in recruitment and on-borading, compensation & benefits, employee relation, performance management, training and development
  • Ensure company policies and practices are in complaince with Labor ordinances
  • Oversee general office administration
  • Handle ad-hoc projects or other duties as assigned
