Job Description
Requirements:
- Degree holder in related disciplines
- At least 3 year relevant hands-on experience in HR and Administration area at supervisory level
- Familiar with Hong Kong Labor Law and other related ordinances
- Strong computer skills, including Excel in advance level, PowerPoint and HRIS
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Knowledge in Japanese is an advantage
- Able to manage multi-tasks, work indendently and under pressure
- Immediately available is higly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR and Administration duties including in recruitment and on-borading, compensation & benefits, employee relation, performance management, training and development
- Ensure company policies and practices are in complaince with Labor ordinances
- Oversee general office administration
- Handle ad-hoc projects or other duties as assigned
