Job Description

HR Duties:

  • To perform full spectrum of HR operations; including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, staff training & development, etc;
  • To process payroll calculation, MPF contribution, and tax filing;
  • To assist in formulating and implementing HR policies, guidelines and procedures;
  • To organize general affairs, staff activities, and other ad hoc assignments.

 

Administration Duties:

  • To provide daily administration and clerical support to the operation team;
  • To manage office and warehouse supplies and equipment maintenance;
  • To handle insurance policies and service contracts renewal;
  • To supervise vehicles maintenance schedule, and conduct general inspection monthly;
  • To assist in preparing month end report.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in HRM, Business Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years all rounded HR and administration experience
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and common HR practices
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in computer application including MS Word and Excel
  • Be self-motivated, positive thinking and able to work independently
  • Immediate available preferred
