Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle HR functions like monthly payroll, MPF administration, compensation & benefits, staff leave & attendance record
- Full recruitment & selection process: ads posting, interviews, contract drafting, probation reviews
- Handle visa applications, medical insurance contracts and follow up for each staff (create and update internal forms, etc)
- Organise company & staff events when necessary
- Any other tasks as required by Management
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years relevant work experience in HR
- Able to work independently and complete task assigned before deadline
- Good command in English
- Attention to details
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
