Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle HR functions like monthly payroll, MPF administration, compensation & benefits, staff leave & attendance record
  • Full recruitment & selection process: ads posting, interviews, contract drafting, probation reviews
  • Handle visa applications, medical insurance contracts and follow up for each staff (create and update internal forms, etc)
  • Organise company & staff events when necessary
  • Any other tasks as required by Management

 Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years relevant work experience in HR
  • Able to work independently and complete task assigned before deadline
  • Good command in English
  • Attention to details
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
