Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the team mainly focus on compensation & benefits administration, staff relations, and general office administration.
  • Handle and maintain attendance & leave records and filing system
  • Support and organize staff activities
  • Handle ad hoc duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year working experience in human resources
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances
  • Well-organized and able to handle multi tasks simultaneously
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
