Job Description

Job Responsibilities  

  • Handle full spectrum of HR function including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development and employee relation
  • Execute in day-to-day HR activities including payroll calculation, leave record management, pension contribution, medical insurance, taxation, and staff benefit administration
  • Be responsible for full employee life cycle including recruitment, on boarding, and off boarding procedures
  • Provide HR support to different sites
  • Ensure employee data integrity, create and maintain up-to-date staff record in system as well as filing system
  • Assist in HR reports and annual exercise such as salary review and yearly reward
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma holder in Human Resources or business related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years HR generalist experience preferably with exposure in cleaning industry
  • A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proactive, detail-minded and able to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Good PC skills on Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing is a must
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage
