Job Description:

• Work directly with clients to build a trusted relationship and provide timely support
• Liaise with the client onsite to assist the issue resolution and understand their business needs
• Manage the Incident management process to ensure timely escalation and communications
• Review team’s performance and responsible for roster planning

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in service management
• Min 2 years relevant experience in service management

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-organized and details-oriented 
• Immediate Availabiltiy is preferred
