Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • World class law firm of over 150 years history with 400-500 staff in Hong Kong
  • We provide an extensive range of legal services to local & international corporations
  • We are looking for SERVICE DESK / TECHNICAL SUPPORT – with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • As a member of the IT Service Centre support team this role is key to helping provide in-house staff with a quality IT support service.
  • Perform 1st line and 2nd line support to internal users
  • Provide guidance to users
  • Participate in other activities including developing helpdesk procedures, SOP, and other project work.
  • The successful candidate will get involved in project introducing new technology to the firm and other stretch targets as assigned by their manager
  • Tertiary education in IT related
  • Had relevant experiences will be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10
  • Proficient in English & Cantonese
  • Knowledge of one or more of these products will be an advantage : Worksite / Document management systems / Workshare / Blackberry / Citrix
  • Excellent troubleshooting skill
  • Good interpersonal skills : understand the users’ problem and help ensure they get a satisfactory resolution
  • 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am – 5:30pm)
  • Annual leave : 13 days
