Area IE Engineers are responsible to partner with the Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer to improve the area by managing area capacity and participating in projects.

� Completing all required safety training and conducting all work in accordance with Intel safety policies;
� Partnering with Process Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers to identify opportunities for area improvements in reference to cycle time, manufacturing efficiency, capacity planning, and productivity;
� Using statistical analysis to optimize fab performance metrics and audit manufacturing capacity information;
� Designing and coordinating projects with other departments;
� Partnering with management to develop applications to improve production metrics;
� Partnering with stakeholders to position F68 to optimally support supply and demand changes;
� Presenting findings and recommending solutions to fab performance gaps;
� Serving as data and report consultants with customers and stakeholders;
� Driving innovation by researching and using new data modeling techniques or tools;
� Driving projects to ensure that deliverables are completed within the required timeframe;
� Identifying BKMs and lessons learned and sharing them both locally and globally;
� Assuming additional duties and projects as directed by the supervisor;
� Innovating and implementing best-in-class predictive models and decision tools to address business needs;
� Communicating data findings to diverse audiences;
� Ensuring successful implementation of projects into business processes;
� Seeking out novel methodologies and tools to better predict and track manufacturing key performance indicators;
� Driving the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources;
� Developing best practices, reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations;


Qualifications

� BS in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
� Knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing process in regards to capacity planning, automation, scheduling, cycle time and manufacturing efficiency is preferred.
� Proven ability to communicate complex analysis in a succinct and actionable manner
� Strong organizational skills and the ability to complete projects effectively
� Strong understanding of statistics, data analysis, and problem solving
� Proven skills in working effectively with team members from different disciplines
� Demonstrated critical thinking skills
� Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
� Demonstrated ability to be detailed oriented and able to follow complex procedures
� Proven ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks
� Intermediate PC skills
� Solid understanding of production line management techniques and theories
� Demonstrated ability to learn fundamental semiconductor production floor concepts and operations
� Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and self-improvement.
� Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, propose, and implement effective plans to improve overall efficiency;
� Demonstrate the ability to organize and efficiently facilitate meetings and project teams
� Strong knowledge of and ability to apply Manufacturing Science (scheduling, inventory management, capacity planning, etc.)
� Demonstrated understanding and improvement of production metrics and line performance
