Job responsibilities:
1) Be responsible for Physics Teaching in senior high school (IGCSE & A-level), formulate teaching plans, achieve teaching objectives and participate in teaching and research activities;
2) Student centered, teaching students according to their aptitude, cultivating students' independent, pioneering and innovative personality, and paying attention to the quality of honesty, trustworthiness, love and cooperation;
3) Regularly track and evaluate the students' learning situation, feed back to the person in charge of senior high school, discuss the improvement plan, and introduce the teaching progress and students' current situation to parents;
4) Actively cooperate with the work of administrative enrollment teachers, university counselor and boarding teachers, and cooperate with and guide students' social practice inside and outside the school;
5) Have a sense of responsibility for the whole teaching cycle of senior high school students, have a detailed plan and achieve the established enrollment goals;
6) Complete all teaching contents within three academic years, i.e. 1 year IGCSE, 1 year as and 1 year A2, and pass the corresponding examinations;
7) To participate in evening self-study, in order to guide students and answer questions for students in need, about 2 nights a week.
