A well-known FMCG company is looking for experienced In-house IT Technical Support Engineer(s):

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as 1st point of contact for business users to resolve technical issues on software and hardware related to desktop and mobile both in office and stores environment
• Provide on-site technical and user support as well as troubleshoot on malfunction
• Provide system setup, administration and technical support to Windows and Linux platform
• Handle systems backup and monitoring, etc

REQUIREMENTS: 

• IT Diploma / Associated Degree / High Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in desktop and users support (Fresh IT graduates will be also considered)
• Sounded knowledge on computer server hardware, systems, PC and software applications (on-job training will be provided)
• Hands on experiences in Window servers, VMWare platform will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good commend of English & Cantonese
• Team player, proactive and willing to learn
