- We are looking for INFORMATION SYSTEMS PROGRAMMER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in Information Systems Team within the Risk Management Department in an international banking group
- Mainly responsible for handling IT matters for including program development and data maintenance, business continuity planning, supporting UAT for new model and system, developing EUC following user specification, troubleshooting for system problem, etc.
- To supervise the Information System Team and deliver prompt and quality services to users;
- To evaluate user requirements and define solution for automation;
- To comply policies and procedures stipulated for EUC development;
- To perform investigation for system problems and propose solution for rectification;
- To maintain close working relationships with system vendors, IT sections of the Branch and Headquarters on matters related to IT;
- To support other offices in the region on matters related to market office system, including provision of training, advice, solution for automation, sharing of know-how etc.;
- To conduct regular review of system structure, hardware technology, and software application in the department, and give suggestions for improvement;
- To manage and support ad hoc projects for the department.
- Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Information Systems or Mathematics
- Minimum 10 years' experience in IT and Program Development, preferably with experience in banking industry;
- Knowledge of treasury and financial products is a plus
- Fluent English and Cantonese;
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS SQL, VBA, VB, Oracle, C+, JavaScript;
- Analytical, accurate, decisive and independent
- 5 days work
- 1 year contract
- Contract-end gratuity
- Office location : TST
