Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT operational and technical support to business units and internal users
• Recommend solutions to business needs and perform troubleshooting for computer, networking and all IT related issues
• Responsible for system administration, system configuration, monitoring and backup
• Assist in planning and control maintenance budget
• Manage IT security of the Company 
• Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in IT or related discipline
• 5 years relevant experiences in IT industry is preferred
• Solid experience in managing various operating systems and platforms such as Windows Server with AD, O365, VMware, Veeam, IIS, DNS, Azure, SharePoint & MS-SQL
• Solid experience in managing servers, switches, SAN, firewall(paloalto), VoIP Phone, wireless AP, UPS, etc.
• Good command of English
• IMMEDIATE available preferred
