Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • Professional intellectual property services provider
  • We provide IP services to both local & international clients
  • The firm practices all areas of intellectual property legal services including patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, trade secret, etc. Our services extend from preparation and prosecution of patent, trademark, and copyright applications to appeals, oppositions and cancellations and all types of intellectual property litigation.
  • We are looking for INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY EXECUTIVE – with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Handle trade mark, patent and design applications and renewals
  • Liaise with clients/foreign agents
  • Prepare billing
  • Recording and monitoring deadlines
  • Providing support to IP Manager
  • Tertiary education is preferable
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese languages
  • At least 2 years experience focus in intellectual property work
  • Professional, accurate, attentive to details and well organized
  • Able to prioritize competing tasks and keeping to critical deadlines
  • Good working attitude, hard working and fast learner
  • Proficient in PC applications, such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 14 days
  • 13 months + performance bonus
