Client Details

Our client is a well known consumer products firm from U.S. with businesses across the globe. To cope with their business needs, they are now hiring for a passionate talent for their team in Hong Kong and you will be responsible to perform stakeholders management and drive application projects (focus on but not limit to SAP, Salesforce & Sharpoint) across the globe.

Description

As a IT Application Manager (SAP Focused) - MNC, you are required to:

• Be responsible for Project Management - SAP, Salesforce, Sharepoint with scope not limit to APAC region but also Headquarter - U.S.
• Drive projects and manage stakeholders' expectations in lieu with the headquarters' direction and strategy
• Work on project plan development, scope, resources and budget management with gap analysis and risk management duties as well.
• Maintain close communication with multiple stakeholders on project progress, barriers and issues.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities among team members and provide extensive support throughout lifecycle of project; ressolve obstacles with timely escalation of issues
• Provide updates and presentations to senior management team on projects status and result
• Ensure all IT project goals are fulfilled in accordance to specifications and stated business objectives
• Business travelling is required

Profile

• Bachelor in Information Management or related disciplines
  Minimum 10 years of experience in global scale project management with focus on SAP
• PMP, Prince2 or Scrum Master certification holder is a plus
• Experience in stakeholders management, POC development, budgeting, timeline & resources planning etc.
• Demonstrate strong leadership with sound knowledge on all phases of project delivery
• Experienced in any one module of the SAP ECC/ HANA system; all rounded module experience is a big plus
• Experienced in other applications - CRM/ SharePoint/ BI etc. is a plus
• Experience in working in global-sized multinational firm
• Strong customer service skills and focus, ability to become customer's business partner
• Excellent communication, influencing and people management skills
• Indepedent, innovative and fast-paced
