Position Description                                                                                                        

Purpose of the Position:
• To implement, support and maintain Information Technology’s applications, systems and technologies.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Performs technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames.
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting on plant manufacturing system.
• Participates in projects to improve overall process and technical efficiency.
• Takes initiative to identify and propose remedies to problems.
• Gives periodic status reports in written and verbal formats.
• Translate field issues into enhancement request to application enhancement.
• Take the initiative to look for ways to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide proper training to end users.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Project involved with:

• Support on plant expansion IT system build and start up.
• See project / application related tasks assigned by supervisor.

Education & Experience 
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in relevant IT positions which involves good IT infrastructure and certain programming skill.

Required Skills
