Job Responsibilities
In Office and Remote support for ITCS Offices.
On-site and remote support for local clients and other Regions within APAC.
Handle technical inquiries and provide tier 1 & 2 solutions.
Provide IT helpdesk, desktop, and infrastructure support.
Document all reported incidents and service requests via ticketing system.
Provide on demand hands and feet infrastructure support for the region when necessary.
Occasionally provide IT Support during non-office hours.
Assist and train users to improve the user experience with various IT products.
Assist with Install, move, add and change of desktops, servers and other infrastructure hardware.
Report Preparation & Updates as requested.
Maintenance of company databases and website.
Responsible for supporting end user software such as PCR, Microsoft/Mac OS, MS Office, Video Conferencing(Skype, Hangouts, Polycom) etc.
Vendor Management and Support.
Report Preparation & Updates as requested.
Work with internal team for vendor hardware pricing, client support overview, sales pitches, and overall project support.
Support ITCS Regulatory Advisory services.
Job Requirements
- Higher diploma in Computing Science or other relevant disciplines.
- Experiences with desktop support.
- Experience on troubleshooting issue on Windows OS (esp Win 10), MS Office, Outlook and network
Hands on experience in Microsoft Infrastructure Configuration (Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFSR, SharePoint)
Experience in virtualization (ESXi, Hyper-V) will be advantage
Experience in network management will be advantage
Experience in Linux Support will be advantage
Holder of MCSE, MCITP, CCNA will be an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English
