Advantest has implemented PTC Windchill on Cloud and we are searching for an IT PLM Support Engineer (m/f/d).

In this position you will be responsible for all PTC Windchill system modules and related Interfaces.

You will work closely with the internal business / functional representatives from R&D, Operations and Global IT to gather requirements for enhancements and to address gaps in current implementation.

In detail you will be responsible for:

• Maintain and support the setup and configuration of meta data, attributes, workflows and user access control ..., etc. in PTC Windchill
• Maintain and support Workgroup manager
• Maintain and support PLM integration to ERP and CAD (MCAD / ECAD) applications
• Define and review solution design to address business requirements
• Maintain source code versioning system (TortoiseGIT)
• Maintain document repository of PTC Windchill for implemented solution
• Develop Windchill customizations (JAVA based) according to business requirements
• Work and manage the external PLM support companies.
  • Coordinate with IT & vendors to troubleshoot resolution of application / system related issues
  • Guide and work with vendors and internal counterparts in managing the support of the platform
  • Create deployment packages in accordance to PTC guidelines
  • Review and test deployment packages from vendors
