The IT Project Manager is responsible for support and management of China IT projects for both ERP and Non-ERP application implementations. Follow global PMO standard and project management framework (PMF) governance, to ensure the quality of service delivery and cooperation with corporate service groups and vendors to meet the business requirements, for all related process area.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Project management to lead IT Projects in Enterprise Application team, to ensure project is delivered on time and on budget, with business requirement properly fulfilled.
    • Lead the planning and implementation of the projects
    • Facilitate the definition of project scope with customer
    • Cooperate and communicate within Enterprise Application team and with business and global teams for project related activities, including blueprint, design, development, training, testing, cutover and go-live support.
    • Track the project timeline and budget.
    • Keep monitoring the project deliverables and support the project team, to ensure the quality of project.
    • Follow global PMO and PMF (Project Management Framework) governance for project management, including but not limited to milestone gate review, communication management, risk management, project status report and documentation, and etc.
  • Adapt to the global project management methodology and setup standard of the local IT Project management, including the process and documentation required.
  • Support business analyst for small/enhancement project, to make sure the project follows PMF governance.
  • Explore the potential IT project opportunities, which can benefit business or drive revenue increase.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline required. Technical training or certification in related skills preferred.
  • 6+ years of ERP implementation experience, with at least 3 full-life cycle projects.
  • 4+ years of IT Project Management experience.
  • Solid skill on English communication that could collaborate with regional & global peers
  • Strong partnership capability with peers both team and customer

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge in ERP (SAP, JDE) or other key applications
