The Information Technology (IT) department has the global responsibility for the internal IT of Siemens Mobility. Its goal is to provide a robust and efficient IT landscape derived from business and market demands.

Here's where you make the difference

•        Data collection and provisioning for IT consumption reporting

•        Development and enhancement of data visualization

•        Create deviation analysis’ and provide to development of improvement measures

•        Support the business on creating software provisioning procedures for special infrastructure networks

•        Collect information on existing contracts and providers (internal and external) in a contract & provider database

•        Point of contact for questions on license consumption, contract and provider topics

•        Drive identified efficiency measures across the user community

•        Opportunity to develop an approach for locally managed licenses

What do I bring with me?

·       Bachelor or master’s in computer science or business administration or a comparable education with corresponding additional skills successfully.

·       Hands on experience reporting and analytic tools like Power BI, Qlik, Tableau including data visualization

·       Office 365 with focus on Excel, SharePoint

·       Collaboration tools like Teams

·       Very good English skills (minimum C1)

·       Attention to detail

·       Strong communication skills

·       Highly self-motivated

·       General understanding of IT including trends, technologies

·       Understanding how software and licenses can be provided in smaller networks

·       Ideally, you have first-hand experience with contract administration (ServiceNow)

·       Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
