IT infrastructure engineer in Bosch group's IT Global Operation Center located in Suzhou
Provide 7(days/week)/8(hours/day) support for corporate IT server and storage systems distributed in
global IT data center..
Work closely with global IT operation teams to provide 7/24(follow the sun support) support
Provide central monitoring and 1st line technical trouble shooting for Windows and Linux Servers,
NAS/SAN/backup storage solutions
Quality control of the services, KPI report and follow up, work process optimization

Bachelor (or above) degree of IT information technology or equivalent
3+ years working experiences in IT fields
Familiar with server virtualization and related IT infrastructure components e.g., VMWare, ESX, servers,
SAN, NAS etc.
Skilled in Microsoft Windows and Redhat Linux Server technology, MCSE and RHCE is preferred
Knowledge in one of the popular public clouds is plus: Azure / AWS etc
Basic knowledge of software development skills
ITIL foundation trained/certified is preferred
Good in communication skills, team-spirit, customer orientation
Fluent in English (spoken, written, comprehension)
Willing to work at flexible working hours (work at the weekend)
