Job Description
The SDS Software Distribution Service provides a global software distribution service to the UBS AG. This particular role relates to the set-up, distribution and reporting of automated installations of in-house and third party applications to workstations and servers for the whole infrastructure globally. We're also responsible for providing several infrastructures for reporting and maintaining systems.

Do you have excellent knowledge on Windows OS and Windows Servers?
Do you have knowledge in networks and protocols?
Do you have adequate knowledge on troubleshooting software installation related issues remotely, on Windows operating system platforms?
Do you have good interpersonal skills, and be a team worker and are you be self-motivated and confident?
Do you know how to work effectively with numerous technical teams to improve core infrastructure?


We’re looking for a IT support analyst to:

• support the Service & Product Manager across several technical domains
• ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications are of the highest quality standard
• define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
• troubleshooting and fixing errors on OS level
• maintain and support several infrastructures
• maintain a knowledge database
• have good communication skills (both written and spoken) are essential
