MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the followings. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to fulfil optimum efficiency of this position:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and computer services

Perform monitoring of IT equipment status

Perform maintenance and configuration of Network equipment

Perform management of hardware and software inventory

Perform system administration on MS servers and SQL servers

REQUIREMENT:
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above

Prefer to have 2+ years relevant experience in Technical Support

Familiar with Win10, Office365, WinServer, VMware ESXI, MS Sharepoint and SQL server administration

Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure and Security

Report directly to IT Manager

Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills

Professional certificate of MCSE, ITIL is an advantage

Good written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage

Immediate available is highly preferred
