Job Description
Founded in 1989, eslite began as an independent bookstore specializing in arts and humanities. Today, with the unending quest for cultivating humanities, arts, creativity and lifestyle and with customer recognition, eslite has become a cultural hub offering a wide collection of books, exhibitions, events, performing arts as well as fine dining experiences by running 48 stores over Taiwan, Hong Kong and Mainland China.
In 2012, eslite established the first store outside Taiwan at Causeway Bay in Hong Kong. We hope to co-create with Hong Kong friends in building a peaceful dock in the busy bay and adding a cultural bit through our spaces and events. In 2015, eslite spectrum crossed the Victoria Harbour and opened its second store in Hong Kong at Tsim Sha Tsui, where history, culture and tourism intertwine. In 2016, we set up our third eslite spectrum store in Cityplaza at Taikoo Shing, which carries a wide range of health and lifestyle products and the largest childrens section among the three branches.
In Hong Kong, eslite continues on its path of a comprehensive business based on a cultural and creative platform by tying the bookstore section with the creative shops-in-shop closely, and offering a unified reading and lifestyle experience.
(Job Description)
Perform daily helpdesk service and solution to end user
Monitoring and Maintenance of Network, IP phone, Server system
POS system daily maintenance and troubleshoot software, hardware and all other computer related issues
IT purchasing and negotiation with supplier
Handle the document
Other IT tasks assigned by Supervisor
(Job Requirement)
Preferably with certification in computer studies related discipline
Good team player Quick learner and positive attitude
Familiar with Windows, office troubleshooting skills
Knowledge in POS experience, Cisco Networking, Oracle Database is preferred
