THE COMPANY :
- Fashion & fashion accessories retail chain (50 POS) & e-commerce in Greater China & SE Asia
- Multiple websites, multiple languages and multiple currencies carrying over 300 fashion brands
- We are looking for e-COMMERCE MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Responsible for the multiple websites of the Fashion Group from a technical perspective.
- Reporting to the Head of Digital/e-Commerce, you will ensure the day to day smooth operations, as well as lead the various developments and updates to improve the digital experience for the customer.
- To ensure the multiple websites remain online and operational, working with development partners on enhancements, bug fixes as well as new developments.
- To work with the Head of Digital/e-Commerce and other key stakeholders to identify a technical roadmap to improve the websites as well as be the key person to drive those projects forward.
- To be passionate about delivering the best customer experience and be the technical and operations expert within the e-Commerce team.
- Project manage the sprints with the development partners as well as lead the UAT testing cycle and release process.
- To identify project issues and risks, and to work with stakeholders to review and resolve or mitigate them.
- Continuously look at areas where the Group can improve the front-end customer experience across all devices and browsers, proactively highlighting requirements and championing change.
- Degree holder in the technology field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within a similar E-commerce environment
- Experience working across multi-lingual, multi-currency websites
- Project management experience across technical projects and releases, including participation in UAT
- Hands-on experience with Hybris or Shopify platforms would be ideal but not mandatory
- Basic HTML coding experience would be useful
- Passionate about the customer and all elements of the customer experience
- Familiar with CMS and Project management tools such as Jira as well as be proficient in all Microsoft applications
- Proficient of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am – 5:30pm)
