Duties:

• Conduct trainings / briefings assigned by the users or other parties
• Conduct one-to-one training and classroom training class.
• Prepare and maintain user guides, procedure manuals and training documentation in written and video form.
• Develop and maintain the IT training Portal
• Conduct ongoing analysis to identify IT training needs
• Provide helpdesk support on systems to users and external subscribers
• Assist in Helpdesk support calls on general problems relating to IT systems and problem determination.
• Inventory Management
• Provide internal support to ad hoc activities as specified by Senior Manager / Manager – Information Technology.

Requirement:

• University degree graduate, preferably in Finance or Information Technology discipline;
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Information Technology/Training services;
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or related IT certificate (Not a MUST)
• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills;
• Fluent spoken English and Cantonese. Putonghua preferable.
