Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issue related to computer systems, software and hardware
• Involve in OS Migration project
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems
• Hardware and software inventory check
• Report update and daily routine check
• Update services details in the system and report to supervisor
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
• Deliver and maintain the banks network infrastructure (Network Support Eng.)
• Troubleshoot and monitor network relates issues and prepare incident reports (Network Support Eng.)
• Handle ad-hoc projects if required

Requirements:

• F.5/HKDSE/Diploma or above in technology or related discipline
• Working knowledge in Server, Network device maintenance
• Familiarity with Microsoft products and computer hardware and software
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and able to follow process and procedure
• At least 1-2 relevant exp. in IT support/ technical networking support
• CCNA holder is preferred (Network Support Engineer)
