About the role To provide key financial data to the Iberia and EMEA management teams by business partnering with the category, sales and marketing teams in order to provide accurate data in a timely manner. As the Consumer Finance Business Partner you will: • Lead in the delivery of actual, budgets and forecasts processes for Consumer business model • Have full P&L responsibility by Business Model, reviewed monthly /quarterly and YTD. • Reconcile GTN promotions and partner with Distributors to monitor Retailer deductions. • Reconcile and monitor Retailers Rebates on a quarterly basis. • Reconcile month end results, provide commentary and recommendations. • Business Partner with Category and Sales team to provide analysis across the business unit to drive cost efficiencies and revenue generation. • Interpreting results into plans to improve future results. • Identifying any controls issues and driving improvements to close any gaps. • Support Audit/tax compliance activity as required. • Undertake ad-hoc projects. • Attending relevant management team meetings and finance team meetings. • Expense analysis. #### Position Requirements: Position requirements • Master in BA/Finance or ACA/CIMA Qualified accountant or Equivalent. • Fluent in English and Spanish is a must. • Prior experience of working for a high-tech company or FMCG environment. • Experience of operating in a matrix structure and effective stakeholder management. • Operational support experience particularly in a Sales and Marketing environment. • Considerable experience of the annual reporting and planning cycles, financial controls and systems. Key Skills • Ability to drive process change. • Ability to deliver credible analysis and insight into the results. • Excellent planning and forecasting skills. • Good understanding of finance systems (SAP, Oracle). • Ability to influence, challenge and support both financial and non-financial managers. • Ability to prioritize workload, meeting tight deadlines. • Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail. • Resilient approach to problem solving. • Versatile communication style, ability to presentation data to all levels in the organization making it relevant and suitable the audience.
